Open a PowerShell console and check whether the SSH client is already installed on your computer using Get-WindowsCapability:

Get-WindowsCapability -Online | Where{ $_.Name -like 'OpenSSH.Client*' }

To install it with PowerShell:

Add-WindowsCapability -Online -Name OpenSSH.Client
